Important Notes

• You’ll be notified that evening if your team has been accepted.
• Rosters (minimum of 6 players) are due by September 4, and liability forms by September 8.
• Please double-check your team’s information — grossly inaccurate rosters/forms will be returned to team captains to re-do and the team will be moved to the end of the registration list.
• League fees are due September 8 by midnight and will be $1500.
• This year the league will have 40 spots, potentially up to 44.
• Info needed on registration night: Team Name and 2 captains names/contact info.
• Please bring one completed copy of the Team Registration Form found HERE
