Team Registration

Please read the following information very carefully to ensure correct registration.

Each team must register with the league before playing in the league.

Registration 2026-27 Season

Registration is taking place September 10th.

7pm for returning teams and 7:30pm for new teams

KMSC Law Room at Design Works Arena at 6 Knowledge Way

GPLVL will advise the teams that made have made it into the league and then waitlist any other teams after that.

Fees of $1100 (returning teams) and $1300 (new teams) will need to be paid by September 22nd and for your convenience an EMT can be sent to treasurer@gplvl.com.  If they are not paid, you will forfeit your saved spot and it will go to the first team on the waitlist.

Roster Form with a minimum of 6 players are due at registration. Liability Forms for 2026/27 season must be completed by all players on your roster and any new or substitute players that play with your team. It is the responsibility of the captains to ensure that all the information on the liability forms are correct and completed. The GPLVL board will be reviewing the rosters to the liability forms.

The AGM will take place on September 22, 2025.

Attend Annual General Meeting

One representative from each team, usually the Team Captain/Manager, must attend the Annual General Meeting that is held every September before the start of the season. Team Captains/Managers will be provided with a date and time as part of a registration confirmation communication via email.
