Team Registration

Please read the following information very carefully to ensure correct registration.

Each team must register with the league before playing in the league.

Registration 2025-26 Season

GPLVL will advise the teams that made have made it into the league and then waitlist any other teams after that.

Fees of $1500 will need to be paid by September 8th and for your convenience an EMT can be sent to treasurer@gplvl.com. If they are not paid, you will forfeit your saved spot and it will go to the first team on the waitlist.

Teams that are accepted into the league will be notified via email on the evening of Sept 2 that they can now fill out the roster and liability forms. Roster Form due by Sept 4, 2025 with a minimum of 6 players and Liability Forms for 2025/26 for those listed on your roster are due by Sept 8, 2025.

The AGM will take place on September 23, 2025

Attend Annual General Meeting

One representative from each team, usually the Team Captain/Manager, must attend the Annual General Meeting, this year's meeting occurs September 17, 2024. Team Captains/Managers will be provided with a date and time as part of a registration confirmation communication via email.
