Team Registration

Please read the following information very carefully to ensure correct registration.

Each team must register with the league before playing in the league.

Registration 2024-25 Season

GPLVL will be opening up registration on August 26, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

Number of teams accepted will be determined by gym availability for the season.

A link will be provided both on the main page of our website and on the Facebook page.

GPLVL will advise the teams that made have made it into the league and then waitlist any other teams after that.

Fees will need to be paid by September 16th. If they are not paid, you will forfeit your saved spot and it will go to the first team on the waitlist.

Teams that are accepted into the league will be notified about the league fees and mandatory forms.

The AGM will take place on September 17th and any required forms will need to be provided by that date.

Attend Annual General Meeting

One representative from each team, usually the Team Captain/Manager, must attend the Annual General Meeting, this year's meeting occurs September 17, 2024. Team Captains/Managers will be provided with a date and time as part of a registration confirmation communication via email.
