Team Registration

Please read the following information very carefully to ensure correct registration.

Each team must register with the league before playing in the league. At the beginning of September registration opens to a limited number of teams.

Registration 2023-24

GPLVL will be opening up registration on September 1st at 8:00 a.m. There is room for only 40 teams and it will be on a first come/first served for registration. A link will be provided both on the Facebook group and by this distribution list as well.

GPLVL will advise the teams that made the 40 cutoff and then waitlist any other teams after that.

Fees will need to be paid by September 14th.

If they are not paid, you will forfeit your saved spot and it will go to the first team on the waitlist. The AGM will take place on September 21st and any required forms will need to be provided by that date. The first week of play should be that of September 25th.

GPLVL will provide more information on the team fees by September 1st.

STEP 1: Register Your Team With The League

STEP 2: Attend Annual General Meeting

One representative from each team, usually the Team Captain/Manager, must attend a 1-2 hour Annual General Meeting, this year's meeting occurs September 21, 2023. Team Captains/Managers will be provided with a date and time as part of a registration confirmation communication via email.
